Optical Inspection
Optical tests are carried out on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) during the manufacturing process. You can carry out an optical test in either 2D or 3D. The PCB can be tested for solder paste, volume and positioning. Optical tests can also be used to check the presence and correct positioning of components both before and after the soldering process. You can use optical inspection systems in your production line to quickly reveal serial faults. The optical testing systems supplied by CN Rood are based on scanning technology.
