This one-of-a-kind, double-pass monochromator provides a premium resolution of 33 pm and an optical rejection ratio of 45 dBc at only 0.2 nm (25 GHz) from the high-power signal. The IQS-5250B comes standard with an internal reference source, ensuring long-term wavelength uncertainty of ± 30 pm.
