Designed for high-resolution, high-dynamic-range applications, the modular IQS-5250B Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) delivers accurate power, wavelength and optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) measurements. This one-of-a-kind, double-pass monochromator provides a premium resolution of 33 pm and an optical rejection ratio of 45 dBc at only 0.2 nm (25 GHz) from the high-power signal.
The IQS-5250B comes standard with an internal reference source, ensuring long-term wavelength uncertainty of ± 30 pm. Ideal for component manufacturing test setups, this innovative OSA provides the best return on investment, compared with other instruments of its class.
