Tektronix MSO/DPO-3000 Series
The MSO/DPO3000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope Series can visualize analog, digital, and serial signals to quickly find and diagnose problems in complex embedded system designs.
Bandwidths up to 500 MHz and a minimum of 5x oversampling on all channels provides the performance needed for many of today's mainstream applications.
A deep record length of up to 5 Mpoints is standard on all channels, enabling you to capture long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution.
With Digital Phosphor technology for fast visualization of signal anomalies, Wave Inspector® controls for rapid waveform navigation, and automated serial bus and power analysis,
the MSO/DPO3000 Oscilloscope Series from Tektronix provides the feature-rich tools you need to simplify and speed debug of your complex design.

Tektronix MSO/DPO-2000 Series
| The MSO2000 and DPO2000 Series digital phosphor oscilloscopes (DPOs) deliver the performance and tools you
need to visualize your signals and find answers quickly. The DPO2000 Series are the first oscilloscopes to provide
1 M points of usable record length on all channels, serial trigger and decode analysis options, a variable low-pass
filter that also allows you to see signal details to the oscilloscope’s full bandwidth and all in a compact form factor.
The MSO2000 Series adds 16 integrated digital channels, enabling you to visualize and time correlate analog and digital
signals on a single instrument. This integration extends triggering functionality across all 20 channels - which is ideal
for debugging mixed analog and digital designs.

the DPO4000, but adds 16 integrated digital channels, enabling you to visualize
