The CNT-90 Timer/Counter/Analyzer is now available with a 20 GHz prescaler (Option 14B) and offers the fastest microwave frequency measurements available on the market with zero acquisition time. It measures CW, ultra-short burst measurements, frequency hopping, fast frequency sweep, (eg in chirp radar pulses) and frequency settling. With the new 20 GHz counter, the limit for 20 GHz frequency measurement speed is pushed from from typical 5-10 measurements/s to up to 250000/s.
